• If you believe you have received a faulty item, contact our customer care team at contact@loveisabelle.com within 48 hours of delivery, providing photos of the defect and your order number. If the item can be replaced and is in stock, we will provide a replacement. Refunds will only be issued if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

Our dispatch team will work to send your order as quickly as possible. However, please allow for potential delays from our carriers; Australia Post, Australia Post International, and DHL Express due to the high volume of orders during this period. The shipping timeframe of 1-3 business days for express postage is calculated from time of dispatch, this is not inclusive of the production time.We are unable to offer refunds if your order does not arrive on time.
