Refund Policy

All pieces are strictly non-refundable. Due to hygienic reasons, we do not allow for exchanges if the customer simply changes their mind. If you wish to exchange an unworn item for a cheaper piece, we are unable to refund, or credit you the excess. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging in order to be accepted for exchange. If deemed unacceptable or in imperfect condition, the product will be returned to the customer.

 

Return and Exchange Policy

All returns are the responsibility of the customer. Earrings cannot be exchanged or returned for hygienic reasons or due to a change of mind. Bracelets, necklaces, or rings can be exchanged for sizing issues, with the option for store credit instead.

To initiate an exchange, please email your order number, and what you wish to exchange your piece for. 

You will receive return instructions and a payment link for the return shipping fee via email. Kindly follow the instructions provided in the return email.

The return shipping fee for domestic orders is $10 AUD. For international return shipping fees, please contact us for further information.

Returns must be in their original condition and packaging, and initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges must be sent back to us within 7 days of initiating your exchange.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an unworn item is exchanged for a cheaper piece, the price difference cannot be refunded. We do not accept returns or exchanges on promotional or sale items.
