All returns are at the cost of the customer.

As all pieces are made to order and are non-refundable. Due to hygienic reasons, we do not allow for exchanges or returns on any earring product, or in a case of change of mind.

Depending on the situation, customers may exchange their bracelet, necklace or ring if the item does not fit correctly. Customers may ask for a store credit instead of exchange if need be.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging in order to be accepted for exchange. If deemed unacceptable or in imperfect condition, the product will be returned to the customer.

If you wish to exchange an unworn item for a cheaper piece, we are unable to refund the excess.

Items must also be returned within 21 days of purchase. Shipping costs are also non-refundable.
