How do I sign up?

How do I earn points?
For every $1 spent you will receive points in line with your current tier’s earning ability. Refer to our Loyalty Tier breakdown above.
How do I view my tier status?
Log into your Lovers account via our loyalty page to view your tier status and points.
How do I redeem my rewards?
Once you have collated points in your account, you will be able to use these points for discounts off future purchases. Points are redeemed for a reward voucher. You can access your vouchers through your account login.
Will my points & rewards expire?
No, your points will not expire. However your rewards will. You have 12 months from the date of issue to use your discount.
Will my in-store purchases count towards my points?
Yes. Your order will be connected to your customer account, therefore collecting the points from your in-store purchases.
How do I redeem points from the ‘refer a friend’ link?
When your friend makes a purchase with your referral link that's when the referral is considered completed. You can find your updated points in My Rewards in the Loyalty Hub, which will count towards discounts off future purchases.
