Role Description

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will:

• Deliver exceptional customer service, helping customers select the perfect jewellery pieces while sharing the story and craftsmanship behind our brand.
• Create a welcoming and engaging boutique experience that leaves every customer with a lasting impression.
• Process sales transactions, handle enquiries, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
• Support store presentation, merchandising, and inventory organisation.
• Collaborate with the team to create engaging social media content, including assisting with in-store photoshoots, styling, and capturing moments that showcase our jewellery and boutique experience.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Previous retail sales experience (jewellery or fashion industry preferred).

• Comfortable engaging in brand storytelling and creating social content, including photos, short videos, and in-store campaigns.
