Creative and Brand Strategist
As the Creative and Brand Strategist at Love Isabelle, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's growth. You will develop and execute comprehensive strategies to promote our products, leveraging your understanding of trends, communication, and strategy to drive engagement. This role involves analysing market trends, understanding customer behaviour, and identifying opportunities to execute go-to-market plans. Working collaboratively with Isabelle and the team, you will ensure brand alignment and guide the creative process to produce and execute.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative strategies that align with Love Isabelle’s direction and values, helping to solidify our brand presence and drive sales.
- Lead collaborations with our founder and other creative roles to execute marketing campaigns, by providing clear direction and ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Collaborate with the content team to execute compelling, on-brand content for social media, website, and other marketing platforms. This includes crafting copy, coordinating visuals, and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Lead execution of product and collection releases in alignment with our marketing plan.
- Conduct research on industry trends, customer insights, and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions. Identify opportunities for brand growth and innovation.
- Develop and implement social media campaigns that engage and grow Love Isabelle’s community. Monitor metrics and provide insights to optimize performance.
- Craft compelling brand messages and campaigns that communicate the essence of Love Isabelle Jewellery to our target audience.
- Manage, oversee and optimise digital marketing channels, including SEO, email marketing, and TikTok, to maximize ROl and effectively reach target audiences.
- Manage communication across multiple teams, ensuring strategies are effectively conveyed and executed cohesively across departments and in a timely fashion.
- Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement, to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and guide data-driven decision-making.

Sydney Boutique Sales Assistant
This is an exciting opportunity for a casual retail sales assistant to join our team at Love Isabelle Jewellery, and be at the forefront of driving sales and customer engagement. In this role, you will play a key part in maximising sales opportunities, and creating a welcoming and engaging shopping experience for our customers.
Role Description:
As a retail sales assistant, your primary responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers in selecting jewellery pieces, and effectively communicating the unique value of our products. You will be responsible for processing transactions, handling inquiries, and ensuring that every customer leaves with a positive and memorable experience.
Additionally, you will contribute to maintaining store presentation, organising product displays, and supporting inventory management. Your role will also involve achieving sales targets, actively engaging with customers to understand their needs, and offering personalised recommendations. Strong communication skills, a passion for jewellery, and a customer-first attitude will be key to success in this role.

Assistant Boutique Manager – Flagship Manly Boutique
Love Isabelle is excited to announce an exciting leadership opportunity at our new flagship boutique in Manly, Sydney opening at the start of December. We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Boutique Manager to join our team and bring our brand vision to life, delivering meaningful, elevated experiences to every customer who walks through our doors.
This leadership role will take ownership of the boutique’s day-to-day operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly, the team is motivated and supported, and all aspects of client service, visual presentation, and brand experience are delivered to the highest standard.
Reporting directly to management within HQ, you will play a key role in driving sales, fostering customer loyalty, and supporting the growth and development of our passionate retail team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a high-performing boutique team, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent front-of-house execution.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences while achieving strong KPI results.
- Maintain extensive product knowledge and act as a storyteller of the Love Isabelle brand.
- Oversee floor operations, including stock management, visual presentation, and daily processes.
- Take responsibility for the boutique’s visual merchandising and sensory experience.
- Foster a confident, positive, and collaborative store culture.
- Coach and support the training and development of team members, helping them achieve their KPIs.
- Collaborate with HQ to grow the store’s VIP database and manage customer engagement initiatives.
- Provide regular, insightful analysis of sales, KPIs, and customer feedback to HQ.
- Implement innovative approaches to retain and attract customers, supporting sales growth and profitability.
