Refund, Return and Exchange Policy

All pieces are non-refundable. For hygienic reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged. Bracelets, necklaces, and rings can be exchanged for sizing issues or store credit only. If you wish to exchange an item for a different style, you can return your item for a store credit, and use it to place a new order (excludes earrings).

To initiate a return, visit our returns portal. Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order and sent back in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of lodging. Unworn items exchanged for a cheaper piece cannot receive a refund or store credit for the price difference. If deemed unacceptable or in imperfect condition, the product will be returned to the customer.

Domestic return shipping is $15 AUD. For international returns, please contact us at contact@loveisabelle.com.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and returns or exchanges are not accepted on sale or promotional items.
