As all pieces are made to order, they are non-refundable. Due to hygienic reasons, we usually do not allow for exchanges if the customer simply changes their mind. However, feel free to contact us at email@example.com and we will try our best to assist you! If you wish to exchange an unworn item for a cheaper piece, we are unable to refund the excess. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging in order to be accepted for exchange. If deemed unacceptable or in imperfect condition, the product will be returned to the customer. Please note that if your return is accepted, you will be issued a refund for the price of the items, excluding the shipping cost.
