Refund, Return and Exchange Policy

All pieces are non-refundable. For hygienic reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged. Bracelets, necklaces, and rings can be exchanged for sizing issues or store credit only.

To initiate a return, visit our returns portal. Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order and sent back in their original condition and packaging. Unworn items exchanged for a cheaper piece cannot receive a refund or store credit for the price difference. If deemed unacceptable or in imperfect condition, the product will be returned to the customer.

Domestic return shipping is $15 AUD. For international returns, please contact us at contact@loveisabelle.com.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and returns or exchanges are not accepted on sale or promotional items.
