BLACK FRIDAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All sale prices will be displayed, and no additional discount code will be needed. We will not be able to offer refunds or store credit for any price differences on past orders, regardless of how recently the order was placed. Likewise, we cannot honour the sale price after the promotion ends on the 2nd of December 2024. This sale is valid only for new orders placed within the specified dates and times.
- The offer applies storewide, strictly excluding all Solid Gold items.
- Other discount codes, including the $20 AUD sign-up voucher, cannot be combined with the Black Friday Sale. The voucher is only applicable to full-priced items.
- Store credits are accepted during both the Early Access and public Black Friday Sale periods.
- The Free Shipping on orders over $250 does not apply during sale period.
- Due to the high volume of orders, cancellations, updates, or modifications will not be possible once your order is placed. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
RETURN POLICY
- Items purchased during the Black Friday Sale are considered final sale unless found faulty by our Returns Team. Our warranty policy remains in effect during the sale period.
- No returns, exchanges (size exchange only), or store credits will be offered for any reason.
- Stock levels are limited, and we cannot hold items for you. Please refer to our online size guide to ensure the best fit before purchasing: https://loveisabellejewellery.com/pages/size-guide.
- If you believe you have received a faulty item, contact our customer care team at contact@loveisabelle.com within 48 hours of delivery, providing photos of the defect and your order number. If the item can be replaced and is in stock, we will provide a replacement. Refunds will only be issued if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
- Due to the high volume of emails we anticipate during this time, please expect delays in responses from our customer care team and we ask you to not send multiple emails so we can get back to you as soon as possible. SHIPPING TIMES
Our dispatch team will work to send your order as quickly as possible. However, please allow for potential delays from our carriers; Australia Post, Australia Post International, and DHL Express due to the high volume of orders during this period. The shipping timeframe of 1-3 business days for express postage is calculated from time of dispatch, this is not inclusive of the production time.We are unable to offer refunds if your order does not arrive on time.
