I can see other reviews mentioning the same issues, which is so disappointing given the price. I absolutely love the style of this bracelet – it’s so beautiful. But within 7–8 months, every single link had become tarnished and turned a noticeable red/bronze shade. I contacted customer service, but they were very unhelpful. I was basically told it was outside of the warranty and was offered a small discount code to repurchase the same item again with my own money. Extremely disappointed with this and would not recommend purchasing it as an everyday piece, as it tarnishes very quickly and does not last. I have ordered pieces from other brands that have lasted so well with the same amount of wear, so this was really disappointing.

I loved this bracelet but ever link now has essentially tarnished or chipped leaving a bronze look about it.

I’ve had it less than a year and can understand some wear and tear but would think for that price point, it would last longer than that so it was a bit disappointing.

Choosing a group gift can be tricky, however this was so much easier thanks to the great service, advice and knowledge I received from Mia in Manly. Beautiful jewellery, lovely new store with very friendly & helpful staff. Nothing was a problem. Thank you Xx
