How do I become a member?
You join automatically with your first order of $250 or more. There’s nothing to sign up for, and once you’re a member you stay a member.
I was a member of the old program. Do I need to do anything?
No. If you were an Admirer, Collector or Lover, you’ve been welcomed into the new program automatically.
How will I receive my credit?
We’ll email you a personal code after your order. It’s linked to your account and can only be used by you. Credit is valid for 60 days from date of purchase.
Can I hold more than one credit at a time?
You can only hold one credit at a time. If you earn a new credit before using your current one, the new credit replaces it, whatever its value. We recommend using your credit before your next qualifying order.
What counts towards the $250 or $500 spend?
Any product, including sale pieces, solid gold and bespoke. Shipping and gift vouchers don’t count.
Can I earn credit if I pay with a gift card?
Yes. Buying a gift card doesn’t earn credit, but an order paid for with a gift card can.
Can I earn credit on an order where I’m using my exisiting credit?
Yes, as long as you still spend $250 or $500 or more after your credit is applied.
Can I use my credit with store credit?
Yes. Your credit can be used alongside a store credit, but only one loyalty credit can be used per order.
