  • Please allow 1-3 business days for express delivery (not including processing time).
  • All orders will receive a tracking number once dispatched.

    INTERNATIONAL

    • Shipped via Australia Post International or DHL express.
    • We will not be held liable for any fees or taxes related to customs and duties. It is at the customer’s discretion to be familiar with these fees.
    • Any international orders unclaimed will be sent back to us and the customer will be expected to pay for re-delivery.

          • Australia Post International - $25
          • DHL - $45 AUD flat 
          • We offer On Demand Delivery with DHL express. You will receive an email/text message once your parcel arrives in your country and can opt to have the signature released, or sent to your local post office.
          • As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties and customs, this fee is separate to that of shipping and differs from country to country. If you are required to pay duty and taxes this will be sent to you after purchase. Please note this differs for each country code.
          • Please be sure to include your phone number.

            JUST TO NOTE

            • We are not liable for lost, stolen or damaged products.

            • As all items are handcrafted to order, please allow 1-3 days to process and make before dispatch. 

            • We cannot leave parcels unattended. If no one is available to claim the package, it will be delivered to your local Post Office for pick-up.

            • We cannot re-direct orders once dispatched, so please triple check the address provided before confirming your order.

            • If you wish for your order to be fast-tracked, do not hesitate to contact us before purchasing the items through contacting us here. We will do our best to assist you, however we cannot guarantee every order can be fast-tracked due to high demand.
