All warranty claims are subject to assessment by our jewellers. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required when submitting a warranty claim.
Watch Warranty
Your watch is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required, and the warranty applies only to watches purchased new. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, mishandling or general wear and tear.
Water Resistance: Our watches have a water-resistance rating of 30 metres and are suitable for everyday exposure to light splashes only. We recommend avoiding swimming, showering and prolonged water exposure. Water damage resulting from improper use is not covered under warranty.
Warranty claims must be submitted via email, with the watch returned to Love Isabelle Jewellery for assessment. Where a fault is covered under warranty, we will repair or replace the watch and return it to you. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, and repairs or replacements will be completed within a reasonable timeframe.
This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under applicable Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Solid Gold Warranty
Love Isabelle Jewellery covers the cost of reasonable repairs resulting from normal wear for the first six months after purchase. Normal wear refers to wear consistent with the instructions outlined in our Care Guide.
If a piece shows signs of improper care, accidental damage or damage caused by circumstances outside normal wear, repairs may still be available at the customer’s expense. A repair quote will be provided for approval before any work begins. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs associated with repairs.
After the six-month warranty period, repairs may be completed at the customer’s expense. A quote will be provided for approval before proceeding.
Jewellery Care
Taking proper care of your jewellery will help maintain its beauty and longevity. To keep your jewellery looking its best:
-
Remove jewellery before showering, swimming or exercising.
-
Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, fake tan, hairspray, household cleaning products and other chemicals.
-
Store pieces separately in a dry place away from moisture.
-
Wipe jewellery regularly with a soft jewellery polishing cloth.
-
Fine chains should be stored hanging or laid flat to minimise tangling.
Please note that gold filled jewellery will naturally show signs of wear over time depending on how frequently it is worn and how it is cared for.
Watch Care
To ensure the longevity of your watch please avoid contact with ANY harsh chemicals, eg. hand sanitiser, chlorine, perfumes and hairspray. We recommend to store your watch in the Love Isabelle box it arrived in. Lastly we recommend protecting it from extreme temperatures and hard or rough surfaces.
Solid Gold Jewellery Care
Although solid gold is designed to last a lifetime, it still requires proper care.
We recommend:
-
Remove rings before gym workouts, lifting weights, gardening, cleaning or other manual activities.
-
Avoid wearing jewellery while using harsh chemicals or swimming in chlorinated pools.
-
Store pieces individually to prevent scratching.
-
Clean your jewellery regularly using warm water, mild dish soap and a soft toothbrush, then dry thoroughly with a lint-free cloth.
-
Have your jewellery professionally cleaned and inspected periodically to ensure claws remain secure and stones are properly set.
Lab Diamond Care
Lab-grown diamonds have the same physical, chemical and optical properties as natural diamonds and require the same care.
To maintain their brilliance:
-
Clean your diamond regularly using warm water, mild soap and a soft toothbrush.
-
Rinse thoroughly and dry with a lint-free cloth.
-
Avoid allowing lotions, oils and cosmetics to build up on the stone, as this can reduce its sparkle.
-
Store diamond jewellery separately from other jewellery, as diamonds can scratch other gemstones and metals.
Love Isabelle Jewellery is designed to be worn and enjoyed every day. While our pieces are crafted using high-quality materials, all jewellery should be treated with care. Excessive force, impact or rough handling can cause damage that is not considered a manufacturing fault. With the proper care, your jewellery will remain beautiful for years to come.
