As a Graphic Designer at Love Isabelle, you are a creative with a strong eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling. You bring our brand to life by contributing to the creative vision and campaign concepts across every touchpoint — from digital and social to print and retail.
You have proven experience conceptualising and delivering assets, working closely with our Director and Marketing team to translate ideas into thoughtful, on-brand design. Confident balancing hands-on design, you challenge and elevate the Love Isabelle brand, while ensuring consistency and timely delivery.

Melbourne Boutique Sales Assistant
We’re excited to announce the opening of our brand-new Melbourne boutique, and we’re looking for a passionate Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of something special from the very beginning, helping us shape the in-store experience, connect with our customers, and represent the Love Isabelle brand.
Role Description
As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, helping customers select the perfect jewellery pieces while sharing the story and craftsmanship behind our brand.
- Create a welcoming and engaging boutique experience that leaves every customer with a lasting impression.
- Process sales transactions, handle enquiries, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
- Support store presentation, merchandising, and inventory organisation.
- Collaborate with the team to create engaging social media content, including assisting with in-store photoshoots, styling, and capturing moments that showcase our jewellery and boutique experience.
This is a role for someone who thrives in retail, enjoys working as part of a close-knit team, and has a genuine love for jewellery, style, and storytelling.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Previous retail sales experience (jewellery or fashion industry preferred).
- Passion for jewellery, fashion, and current trends.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build customer relationships.
- Reliable, motivated, and able to work collaboratively in a small team.
- Comfortable engaging in brand storytelling and creating social content, including photos, short videos, and in-store campaigns.
