Refund, Return and Exchange policy

Refund Policy

All pieces are strictly non-refundable. Due to hygienic reasons, we do not allow for exchanges for change of mind. If you wish to exchange an unworn item for a cheaper piece, we are unable to refund, or credit you the excess. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging in order to be accepted for exchange. If deemed unacceptable or in imperfect condition, the product will be returned to the customer.

 

Return and Exchange Policy

Earrings are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned for hygienic reasons, or due to a change of mind. Bracelets, necklaces, or rings can be exchanged for sizing issues, or store credit.

The return shipping fee for domestic orders is $10 AUD. For international return shipping fees, please email us at contact@loveisabelle.com for further information.

Returns must be in their original condition and packaging, and initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. Your order must be sent back to us within 7 days of initiating.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an unworn item is exchanged for a cheaper piece, the price difference cannot be refunded. We do not accept returns or exchanges on promotional or sale items.
