Refund Policy

As all pieces are made to order, they are non-refundable. Due to hygienic reasons, we usually do not allow for exchanges if the customer simply changes their mind. However, feel free to contact us at contact@loveisabelle.com and we will try our best to assist you! If you wish to exchange an unworn item for a cheaper piece, we are unable to refund the excess. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging in order to be accepted for exchange. If deemed unacceptable or in imperfect condition, the product will be returned to the customer.

 

Return and Exchange Policy

All returns are the responsibility of the customer. All items are custom-made and are therefore non-refundable. Earrings cannot be exchanged or returned for hygienic reasons or due to a change of mind. Bracelets, necklaces, or rings can be exchanged for sizing issues, with the option for store credit instead. Returns must be in their original condition and packaging within 21 days of purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an unworn item is exchanged for a cheaper piece, the price difference cannot be refunded. We do not accept returns or exchanges on promotional or sale items.
