Warranty Policy

Love Isabelle Jewellery offers a 6-month warranty period starting from the date of purchase, subject to our terms and conditions. This warranty encompasses repair and restoration services for items that are deemed faulty or require the expertise of our jewellers for restoration. To initiate a warranty claim, proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage or breakage

  • General wear and tear from everyday use

  • Bent, misshapen or stretched rings caused by impact or excessive force

  • Scratches, dents or surface wear

  • Damage caused by chemicals, perfumes, lotions, fake tan, hairspray, soaps, cleaning products or chlorine

  • Loss or theft of jewellery

  • Damage resulting from improper care or failure to follow our jewellery care recommendations

  • Natural fading of plated finishes over time

All warranty claims are subject to assessment by our jewellers. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required when submitting a warranty claim.

Solid Gold Warranty

All 9k, 14k and 18k solid gold jewellery, including our engagement rings and wedding bands, is covered by a 12-month manufacturing warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers manufacturing faults, including defects in craftsmanship or materials. If your jewellery is assessed and found to have a manufacturing fault within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the item.

If your jewellery requires repair after the 12-month warranty period, or if the damage is determined not to be due to a manufacturing fault (including accidental damage or general wear), we are happy to assess the piece and provide a repair quotation wherever possible.

Jewellery Care

Taking proper care of your jewellery will help maintain its beauty and longevity. To keep your jewellery looking its best:

  • Remove jewellery before showering, swimming or exercising.

  • Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, fake tan, hairspray, household cleaning products and other chemicals.

  • Store pieces separately in a dry place away from moisture.

  • Wipe jewellery regularly with a soft jewellery polishing cloth.

  • Fine chains should be stored hanging or laid flat to minimise tangling.

Please note that gold filled jewellery will naturally show signs of wear over time depending on how frequently it is worn and how it is cared for.

Solid Gold Jewellery Care

Although solid gold is designed to last a lifetime, it still requires proper care.

We recommend:

  • Remove rings before gym workouts, lifting weights, gardening, cleaning or other manual activities.

  • Avoid wearing jewellery while using harsh chemicals or swimming in chlorinated pools.

  • Store pieces individually to prevent scratching.

  • Clean your jewellery regularly using warm water, mild dish soap and a soft toothbrush, then dry thoroughly with a lint-free cloth.

  • Have your jewellery professionally cleaned and inspected periodically to ensure claws remain secure and stones are properly set.

Lab Diamond Care

Lab-grown diamonds have the same physical, chemical and optical properties as natural diamonds and require the same care.

To maintain their brilliance:

  • Clean your diamond regularly using warm water, mild soap and a soft toothbrush.

  • Rinse thoroughly and dry with a lint-free cloth.

  • Avoid allowing lotions, oils and cosmetics to build up on the stone, as this can reduce its sparkle.

  • Store diamond jewellery separately from other jewellery, as diamonds can scratch other gemstones and metals.

Love Isabelle Jewellery is designed to be worn and enjoyed every day. While our pieces are crafted using high-quality materials, all jewellery should be treated with care. Excessive force, impact or rough handling can cause damage that is not considered a manufacturing fault. With the proper care, your jewellery will remain beautiful for years to come.
