All sale prices will be displayed automatically, and no discount code is required. We are unable to offer refunds, store credits, or price adjustments for orders placed before the promotion begins, regardless of how recently the order was placed. Sale pricing cannot be honoured once the promotion has ended. This offer is valid only on new orders placed during the advertised sale period.

  • The Mid Year Sale applies storewide, excluding all Solid Gold items and bundles.
  • Other discount codes and promotions, including the $20 sign-up voucher, cannot be used in conjunction with the Mid Year Sale. The sign-up voucher is valid on full-priced items only, excludes solid gold.
  • Store credits may be redeemed during the sale period.
  • Free Shipping on orders over $300 AUD is not available during the sale period.
  • Due to the high volume of orders expected, cancellations, updates, address changes, or modifications cannot be made once an order has been placed. Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase. Love Isabelle Jewellery is not responsible for lost packages resulting from incomplete or incorrect shipping information.

RETURN POLICY

  • All items purchased during the Mid Year Sale are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit unless deemed faulty by our Returns Team. Our standard warranty policy remains in effect throughout the sale period.

  • If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact our Customer Care team at contact@loveisabelle.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the fault. If the item is deemed faulty and a replacement is available, we will provide a replacement. Refunds will only be issued where a replacement or repair is not possible.
  • Due to the increased volume of enquiries during the sale period, response times may be longer than usual. To help us assist you as quickly as possible, please avoid sending multiple emails regarding the same enquiry.

SHIPPING TIMES

Our dispatch team is working hard to pack and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Due to the high volume of orders during our sale period, please allow for extended processing and delivery times.

Please note that shipping carriers, including Australia Post, Australia Post International, and DHL Express, may also experience delays. While Express Post shipments are typically delivered within 1-3 business days after dispatch, delivery times may exceed this estimate during peak periods. The 1–3 business day timeframe applies from the date of dispatch only and does not include order processing or production time.
